Probability plc has entered into a strategic agreement with Dragonfish, the independent business-to-business division of 888 Holdings Plc.
Under the multi-year agreement, Probability and Dragonfish will develop and execute opportunities for mobile gaming and mobile lottery services in a number of territories worldwide including China, South and Central America.
Probability will provide the mobile specific technologies required for any engagement secured under the agreement, whilst Dragonfish will use its expertise in business development, marketing, service and management of the contracts globally.
Probability mentioned that the trend of increased volume in recruitment and yield from customers is expected to continue into the summer months, supported by planned major game launches, including “Battleship” and “The X Factor” slots games. For Probability, the previous quarter saw its net gaming revenues growing by approximately 11% quarter on quarter, supported by strong new player recruitment and improved spend per player. Probability managed net gaming revenues of £1,250,525 during the April-June quarter (previous quarter: £1,126,543). The AIM quoted mobile gambling specialist had 67,650 new customer registrations (previous quarter: 49,506).
Probability has also signed a deal with Orbis. As per the deal, all Orbis OpenBet and OpenBet Fixed Odds Games customers will be able to seamlessly deploy the complete mobile gaming, slots, poker and Bingo solution offered by Probability.
